Coffeehouse

Saturday, May 3, 7 p.m. at Inuksuk high school. Last coffeehouse of the season, features local performers. Admission free, but donations appreciated and will help support Iqaluit Music Society programs.

Plant swap

Saturday, May 3 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m, Nunavut Arctic College's Nunatta campus. The Iqaluit Community Greenhouse Society will host its annual spring plant swap and sale. Bring a plant and swap it for another one, or buy a plant.

Nunavut Community Skills Information System

May 5 to 9 at Brown Building, first floor. In 30 to 45 minutes, have your skills profile completed to be linked to employment and training opportunities. This service is free. To book an appointment call 975-6573 or 975-6570.

Prenatal nutrition

Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tasiuqtigiit Society hosts a prenatal nutrition program drop-in at Ivavik Building, apartment 107. For pregnant women and moms with babies up to 18 months old. Call 979-6301 or 979-6089 for information.
