Atii musical benefit
Saturday, Nov. 25 at the Elks club, at 8 p.m. Local musicians play a fundraiser for the Atii Fitness Centre. Tickets are $25, available at Elks or Atii.

Christmas craft sale

National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women
Wednesday, Dec. 6 at Inuksuk High at 7 p.m. The Qulliit Nunavut Status of Women Council hosts a candlelight service, with speakers and music.

Saturday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at Inuksuk High. Presented by the high school’s graduating class. Donations appreciated.

Flu clinic walk-in
Wednesday, Nov. 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Frobisher Inn. Everyone welcome. For details, phone the Iqaluit public health office, at 975-4800.

Inuit cultural day
Thursday, Nov. 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Inuksuk High. Activities include drum dancing, Inuit games, throat singing and storytelling. Community dance starts at 2 p.m.
