Kiddie porn case adjourned A case involving four alleged incidents of possession of child pornography was adjourned until May 6. James Andrew Paton, who also faces one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference appeared in court on April 8. His lawyer, Euan Makay, requested an adjournment to gather more information. A preliminary inquiry into a child pornography charge against Paul Richer is scheduled for June 11 in Baker Lake. The former RCMP officer, who was living and working in Baker Lake at the time of the alleged incident, now lives in Cornwall, Ontario. |
