Break and enter suspect still in custody Michael Qaunirq remains in custody. The 32-year-old charged with entering two suites in the same building on March 26 appeared briefly in court on April 9. Defence counsel noted the seriousness of the charges, which include one count of sexual assault, and said the case cannot proceed until victims’ statements are filed. The matter was adjourned until April 23. |
