Bike for the community

The Ikaluktuutiak Elks Club in Cambridge Bay is holding its second annual All Ages Bike-A-Thon on Sept. 14 and 15.

People with or without bicycles can ride or walk through a pre-planned route with one of the organizers. All who complete the route will receive a prize donated by Government of Nunavut business offices, the Hamlet of Cambridge Bay and local businesses.

After the event all are invited for juice and hotdogs. A portion of the funds raised will go to the Cambridge Bay Wellness Centre.
