Severely beaten woman transferred to Ottawa for treatment An Iqaluit woman is recovering in an Ottawa hospital after a vicious beating on Sept. 7 left her with various broken bones. Jonah Tikivik, 33, was arrested in connection with the incident. He’s been charged with aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, mischief and failure to comply with a probation order. |
