Verdict coming in bootlegging case An Iqaluit cab driver charged with two counts of illegal liquor sales will return to court Oct. 23 to hear the verdict in his case. Luis Antonio "Tony" Martinez is charged in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in August and October 2001. Crown and defence lawyers finished making their cases in court on Sept. 25.
