Preliminary inquiry date set A preliminary inquiry into a case that alleges prostitution involving minors is set for Dec. 18 in Iqaluit. Marc Arsenault, a Baffin Correctional Centre supervisor, is charged with two
counts of soliciting sex from a youth under the age of 18, and one count of
possessing child pornography.
