It was no jolt

Iqaluit fire and ambulance crews were treated to an electrifying sight last Friday afternoon — what looked like a man hanging from an electrical power pole near Frobuild Construction.

The man appeared to have been electrocuted.

It turned out though, the "man" was a mannequin that the Nunavut Power Corporation uses as a testing instrument for employees.
