People walk into the Arctic Winter Games arena in Iqaluit for the 21st annual Nunavut Trade Show’s opening event Sept. 25. “We’ve been here for at least five years and we always find a benefit to be here,” said Ron Ryan of the consulting firm Aarluk. “I can’t put a dollar value on it but for the next six months, we’ll take on about four to five new projects because of the people we meet here.” The trade show, which is open to members of the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 27, wraps up on the evening of Sept. 27 with a Gala Charity Auction.
