Some of the 200 people who gathered at Iqaluit’s curling rink April 21 to attend the closing ceremonies for Toonik Tyme sit down to enjoy a feast of Arctic char. The feast and show, featuring local band the Jerry Cans, marked an “amazing 10 days,” Iqaluit Mayor John Graham said. Graham thanked Toonik Tyme volunteers and the organization's board of directors for a job well done. He also asked everyone to observe a moment of silence in honour of former mayor Jimmy
